Autre Nom Smoked Pork Shoulder 
What You'll Need:
6-9 lb Pork Shoulder
1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
To Taste Medjool Date BBQ Sauce
1. Set your smoker to 250*F and preheat for 15 minutes.
2.While smoker is heating, begin seasoning your pork shoulder with kosher salt and black pepper.
3. Place the pork shoulder fat side up directly on grill grate and cook until internal temp reaches 160*F (about 3-5 hours)
4. Remove shoulder from grill and place in a large baking sheet filled with the apple cider. 
5. Cover the shoulder entirely with foil and place back in the smoker until internal reaches 204*F. (about 3-4 hours longer)
6. Remove from smoker and let sit for 45 minutes.
7. Place the pork in a large dish and shred the meat, mixing thoroughly with our Medjool Date BBQ Sauce.
